Placing an Order
Making a purchase could not be easier…

    Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
    After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
    We accept all major credit card payment.
    You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, email or over the Internet via our Payment Service Provider Sagepay.
    When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
    We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us when you receive an acknowledgement.

We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
All orders within Mainland UK will be shipped either by Royal Mail or via our nominated carrier service. Please refer to website for all standard UK delivery charges.

Delivery Outside of Mainland UK
For Delivery to The Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and Isle of White please call for a Quotation.

For Europe and elsewhere out of the UK please contact us to discuss charges before placing an order.

If accessory weight/size exceeds normal accessory delivery costs, we will contact you with a cost estimate.

  • All orders should be inspected before Signing for.
  • If any goods arrive damaged it must be noted on the signature strip and pointed out to the courier.
  • All dimensions stated are nominal values and actual products sizes may slightly vary.

Delivery Schedule
Orders placed to Mainland UK during normal working hours Monday to Friday are dispatched the next working day subject to stock availability. Orders placed outside of the normal working hours will be dispatched within 24/48 hours. All Line Post orders will be acknowledged giving a specific delivery date and can be delivered up to 1730 in the UK.

For Delivery to The Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and Isle of White please call for a Quotation and Delivery Schedule.

Postcode delivery
Europe and elsewhere please contact us to discuss. Parcels do sometimes get held up by customs or local post offices so please allow a few extra days for delivery before contacting us.

Orders dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery shall require a signature upon receipt of goods. If no signature can be obtained the carrier will leave a card and it will be the purchasers responsibility to contact the carrier company to arrange collection or re-delivery.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, 20.0% VAT will be added. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.

Guarantee
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please return it to us within 28 days for a prompt refund or replacement. We do ask that products be returned in an unused condition, in original packaging and complete with the original receipt / invoice.

Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order and return your goods please advise us by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt. The product must be returned to us within 14 days of the order being placed, in a re-saleable condition, unused, unmarked and in original unmarked packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item and ensure the package has been reasonably protected in return transit. We will refund the full amount excluding our original haulage or postage charges, receipts will available.We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
